The Bread Vault No 1 Cafe - Deli offers freshly baked quality products in our new café in Lincoln.
We will be open from 8.00 am (8.30 am on Sunday) for all early birds looking for a great coffee and a tasty start to the day.
Open for: Breakfast - Brunch - Lunch - TakeAway - Coffees and Teas, plus Delivery (once we are up and running).
Choose from a range of sandwiches, breads, pinsa pizza, cakes, and cookies. Look out for our special
Mediterranean influences bringing sunshine tastes to our menu.

Pinsa v Pizza
Why is Pinsa so great?
The first thing you will notice between Pinsa and Pizza is the shape. Pinsa has a unique oval shape rather than a circle or square that pizzas often come in.

The Pinsa is described as ‘a cloud-like pizza’ that has crispy textures on the outside and a super soft and scrumptious inside. It’s light, has exceptionally airy and bubbly crusts.

The secret is in the Pinsa dough which is made from a combination of soy, rice, and wheat flour and makes Pinsa a much healthier alternative to traditional pizza. Traditional pizza is made with 00 flour, making it heavier and harder to digest.
